The best freezing for various applications

Conventional slow freezing destroys the cell structure with ice crystals produced in long freezing processes. Thermo Jack Freezer's rapid freezing does not produce large ice crystals, preserving the cells and the quality of the product.

  • Patented vertical "Coanda" flow system cuts down freezing time to 1/4 ~ 1/3.
  • Short freezing time means preserving freshness of product and provides a good yield rate.
